FAQ Frequently Asked Questions

What is an online interactive visit?

An online interactive visit is a guided tour in which a professional, streaming live, illustrates the content and characteristics of the sites of interest that are shown through photos and videos. The guide provides commentary throughout the tour in exactly the same way as he/she would on a real tour, but with the added benefit that you don't need to leave the house. This differs from other pre-recorded streaming content in that it is possible to interact with the guide and ask him/her questions. In addition to being extremely talented, our guides are professionals equipped with the necessary qualifications.

How can I book a visit?

You can find the visit you are interested in searching by type, location or by upcoming visits. Once you have found what you are looking for, click on "check and availability and book" and follow the instructions. Once you have completed the booking and payment process, you will receive and automatic email with instructions on how to use the selected service. If the date of the visit is more than 24 hours away, you will receive a reminder the day before..

Can I change the booking?

We are sorry but unfortunately this is not currently possible.

Can I cancel the booking?

In compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, it is possible to cancel the booking within 14 days of purchase provided you have not used, even partially, the service.

How can I pay for the visit?

The visit may be paid for directly through the Wisits.com website by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by PayPal.

Is it safe to use a credit card?

Payment is processed through certified gateways. Wisits does not have access to the transaction data.

Do I have to pay any fees in order to purchase the visits?

No, the price includes VAT and fees.

Can I buy the visit as a gift?

Of course! When making the purchase, you will be asked for the name, surname and email of the person who will receive the communication to use the service. Payment may be made by another person.

What are the requirements for participation?

No comfy shoes or lightweight clothing are needed to take part in the visit, just a PC, a tablet or a mobile phone connected to the Internet. The content is of a high quality and in order to fully enjoy the experience, we advise checking that your equipment meets the specifications indicated on the webpage https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/204003179-System-Requirements-for-Zoom-Rooms

The Internet is full of photos and videos of the same locations presented by you. What's the difference?

As mentioned above, the presence of live qualified guides sets this experience apart from a merely passive experience such as watching a pre-recorded documentary or other pre-recorded content

Is it possible to ask the guide questions?

Certainly! At the start of the tour, the guide will provide information on how to interact and ask questions.

How long does a visit last?

Visits usually last for an hour but much depends on the questions that will be asked at the end of the tour. In any case, we have provided for a service lasting for more than two hours because we don't want to rush anyone. If you wish, you can leave the tour before the end but we are sure that you won't want to.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive late, you can still take part in the visit but unfortunately you will miss the first part. As mentioned above, these visits are not pre-recorded and therefore it is not possible to view them again at a later date.
